Tim Brunson DCH

Welcome to The International Hypnosis Research Institute Web site. Our intention is to support and promote the further worldwide integration of comprehensive evidence-based research and clinical hypnotherapy with mainstream mental health, medicine, and coaching. We do so by disseminating, supporting, and conducting research, providing professional level education, advocating increased level of practitioner competency, and supporting the viability and success of clinical practitioners. Although currently over 80% of our membership is comprised of mental health practitioners, we fully recognize the role, support, involvement, and needs of those in the medical and coaching fields. This site is not intended as a source of medical or psychological advice. Tim Brunson, PhD

Jane Nash, BEd, MEd, CHt, NLP Master

Jane Nash is a Clincal Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist and NLP Master Practitioner. Her practice spans Sale, Bairnsdale and Melbourne in Victoria, Australia . Jane's passion for therapeutic hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) often helps her clients get results quickly. She believes that the body and mind are so intrinsically linked that much of her therapy offers a combination of techniques and methodologies from differing disciplines aiding the healing of both body and mind. Jane has years of experience with people from ages 4 to 84 and has developed a keen sense of compassion as well as the proactive logic needed for facilitating self-improvement in others.

Jane is currently working with experimental hypnosis (with the permission and co-operation of clients) in two areas. These are: (1) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (especially with War Veterans) and (2) Central Core Disease/Spinal Disease in adults.

Michele Rosenthal's Gravatar I'm an NLP practitioner about to get certified as a hypnotherapist. As a trauma survivor who used hypnotherapy to help heal PTSD I'm a big believer in what we do!

I'm looking for clinical data that supports the benefits and efficacy of NLP & hypno. Have you come across such information? I need backup support for a project. Thanks!
