Marta J. Luzim, MS

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Marta now lives in South Florida. She has had a private practice for thirty years focusing on women's issues, mind/body healing and relationships. She holds an MS in Counseling Psychology and a BS in Education. In addition, she is a trained hypnotherapist, certified metaphysician, intimacy trainer, emotional-body healer, certified Kaizen Creative Coach and Florida State Mediator. Her personal passion to share, heal and teach, combined with her academic expertise have brought her clients from around the country.
She has written for various magazines on women's issues, creativity, wellness, and relationship topics; her column was titled Women's View. She wrote and produced a fifteen minute film short called Primal Urgency, a personal memoir on her recovery from abuse through spiritual awakening. She has appeared on cable television and has been featured in magazines and newspapers. In addition, Marta has won a short story contest. Her lectures and various articles are available on YouTube and several internet e-zines. She is member of the National Pen Women and participated in their outreach program for young women in the juvenile detention center of Palm Beach. She has facilitated creative arts programs for the YMCA, SOS Children's Village and other public and private educational institutions.
In addition, she has conducted seminars, classes and workshops throughout Palm Beach and Broward County on creative learning, guided imagery, writing and meditation. Her focus is on couples intimacy, women's spiritual-creative renewal, creative coaching and recovery from trauma, addiction and abuse.
