John H. Diepold is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years experience. Dr. Diepold is the senior author of Evolving Thought Field Therapy: The Clincian's Handbook of Diagnoses, Treatment, and Theory (Diepold, Britt, and Bender; 2004). Sandi Radomski ND, LCSW, BCD



Sandi Radomski is board certified in social work, a psychotherapist, and a naturopathic doctor. George Bien, PhD



George Bien is the world's first recipient of the National Guild of Hypnotists' President's Award, the world's first recipient of the Rexfold L. North Memorial Trophy (the "Oscar of Hypnosis"), the world's first recipient of the Charles Tebbetts Award, and the only person in the world twice honored with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists' Educator of the Year Award. John earned his Master's degree in Mental Health counseling in 1994 from Vermont College of Norwich-University. He was licensed by the state of Vermont as a Clinical Mental counselor in 1997; certified by the National Registry of Neurofeedback providers in 1999; certified by in by BCIA in EEG in 2002; published Getting Started with Neurofeedback in 2005; accredited as a BCIA didactic instructor in 2006. Denise Tiran MSc RM RGN ADM PGCEA



Denise Tiran is a senior midwife and university lecturer in complementary medicine. She uses a range of complementary therapies, including reflex zone therapy, acupressure, moxibustion, herbal, homeopathic and Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy, nutrition and sexual counselling. Rick trained extensively with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and gained a wealth of experience in practice both in London and Kent before taking his skills to the Continent, providing an invaluable and much needed service to English speaking Ex-pats.

Dr. Leskowitz directs the Integrative Medicine Project at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and is on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. Paul G. Swingle, PhD



Paul G. Swingle, Ph.D. was Professor of Psychology at the University of Ottawa prior to moving to Vancouver. A Fellow of the Canadian psychological Association, Dr. Swingle was Lecturer in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School from 1991 to 1998 and during the same time period was Associate Attending Psychologist at McLean Hospital where he was also Coordinator of the Clinical Psychophysiology Service. Robert Coben, PhD



Dr. Robert Coben received his Ph.D. in 1991 and has been a licensed psychologist in the state of New York since 1994 (www.op.nysed.gov/psych.htm). He is the Director and Chief Neuropsychologist of NRNS. His post-doctoral training in clinical and rehabilitation neuropsychology was done at the UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California.

William J. Hudspeth, Ph.D.



Dr. William Hudspeth received his Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University (1967) and then he obtained postdoctoral training in neuroanatomy and neurophysiology at UCLA's Brain Research Institute (1966 - 1968). He was a co-founder, with ER John and RW Thatcher, of the first Neurophysiology Clinic at New York Medical College (1974). Dr. Hudspeth is the author of the widely used, "NeuroRep Analysis and Report System," a tool for creating quantitative metrics for the human electroencephalogram (EEG) that is used in university and clinical research settings, including The Brain Labs. He has numerous publications in biological psychology, neuroanatomy, and QEEG. His work was used in the American Psychological Association's amicus brief to the Supreme Court (among many briefs) to disallow the death penalty for minors who have committed capital crimes. He is a Diplomate of the QEEG Certification Board (No. 33).

Dr. Lakshmi Chandra Mishra



Dr. Lakshmi C. Mishra is Director of National Center for Ayurveda and Toxicology Reviews, Rockville MD since April 2003. He provides education information about Ayurvedic health care. He is also working for CECON group of New York as a pharmacologist, toxicologist and research consultant to plan safety and efficacy studies and evaluate safety and efficacy clinical trial data on dietary supplements, drugs, and chemicals for US FDA and US EPA registration and labeling requirements.

Dr. Lakshmi C. Mishra was Adjunct Professor in the Research Division (1998-2003), provided clinical Ayurvedic services in the SCU health system; the first ayurvedic health care in the SCU clinic system. He has a long work history as a toxicologist for the federal government, has specialized in carcinogenesis and cancer chemotherapy research in the past (1974-1997), and has turned his attention to the development of treatment protocols combining Western Science and Ayurvedic principles. He provided the content expertise for the development and implementation of basic science, cancer chemotherapy and chemo-prevention using herbal dietary supplements. Dr. L.C. Mishra was PI of trials using animal models to investigate both guggul and another Ayurvedic herb, Ashwagandha.

He has an extensive background, both as a clinician in modern and Ayurvedic medicine and as a bench scientist in cancer chemotherapy, pharmacology and toxicology, a unique combination of qualifications indeed. He has been a reviewer for Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine (ATHM) particularly in the areas of cancer chemotherapy, pharmacology, toxicology, Ayurvedic herbal therapies. He was an advisor to RAND Corporation (2000-01), Los Angeles, California for a systematic review of Ayurvedic therapies for a specific diagnosis, funded by AHRQ, P.I., Ian Coulter. He was also a member of the editorial board for Journal of American Nutraceutical Association till Spring 2002. His other interest includes osteoarthritis and autoimmune diseases, e.g., rheumatoid arthritis. He has collaborated with the University of Southern California, School of Pharmacy to study the effects of Guggul and Ashwagandha in protecting oxidative DNA fragmentation in rat brain in a stroke rat model.

Robert J. Hoss



Robert J. Hoss is Executive Officer and former President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams. An instructor of dream studies for over 30 years; he is a faculty member of The Haden Institute and adjunct faculty of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley community colleges. Kirk Eriksen, DC



Dr. Eriksen is licensed in Alabama and Georgia and has been in private practice since 1991. He is the vice president of the Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology, which teaches and certifies doctors in the Grostic Procedure of precision spinal care. Kam Thye Chow



Kam Thye Chow, a native of Malaysia, was raised in the tradition of Asian arts and healing customs. He has been practicing tai chi and Chinese massage since the age of 13, and has studied kung fu and qigong for more than 20 years. He has taught martial arts and Thai yoga massage in North America, Asia, and Europe, and is the author of two books, Tai Chi and Thai Yoga Massage. He has also produced a video, Thai Yoga Massage.

Neil J. Davies, DC



Dr. Neil J. Davies has been a chiropractic educator and clinician for over 21 years. Julia Morch-Siddall FRCA MB.Ch.B



Dr Morch-Siddall is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. She is currently Consultant Obstetric Anaesthetist at the Royal Victoria Infirmary Newcastle upon Tyne and honorary senior lecturer University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

She trained in medical hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She is currently involved in introducing the use of clinical hypnosis at the RVI as a safe addition to the available analgesia and anaesthesia techniques for childbirth.

Dr Feldman is a senior partner in a general medical practice and is a trainer responsible for GP registrars with the London Deanery, University of London.

A consultant for the Institute of Personnel and Development in workplace stress, he also trains HR professionals and works with corporate bodies including Aventis Pharma, Axial Automotive, Anheuser Busch and Lloyds TSB Women's group, among others. David E. Abblett, DC



Dr. Abblett studied Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic, both in Davenport, Iowa and in Santa Clara, California. He graduated in 1982 after a few years delay, serving in the US Navy as a Deep Sea Diver on a Submarine Rescue ship. He served a two year internship with my father-in-law, Dr. Irvin Lathrop, who had studied directly under Dr. Clarence Gonstead. Paul I. Mostman, Ph.D.



Dr. Mostman has been a hypnotist since 1947 when he was trained by Ralph Slater, a stage hypnotist. He started doing hypnotherapy professionally, (aside from parties) in 1966, and has been doing it since then. He retired from the practice of law in 1994 and have devoted myself to hypnotherapy. Suzanne B. Hanser is the founding chair of the Music Therapy Department at Berklee College of Music. She is Past President of both the World Federation of Music Therapy and the National Association for Music Therapy. Dr. Hanser is music therapist at the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrated Therapies and research associate at the Phyllis F. Cantor Center for Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She has also served as lecturer in the Department of Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Jean Valnet, MD



Dr. Valnet - a medical doctor in Paris, France - experimented with essential oils in the post World War II years, and experienced amazing results. Jean Valnet was a pioneer in the field of aromatherapy. With Rene Maurice Gattefosse, Doctor Valnet can be regarded as one of the founders of modern Aromatherapy. He created his own blends with the essential oils. Dr. Jean Valnet was born on June 27, 1920 in Chalon-sur-Marne, France. He died May 29, 1995.

Valnet studied with the Military Academy of the Arrow, the School of the Military Department of Health and the Medical college of Lyon. He earned many diplomas and amongst them one in Medicine and another in Psychology.
